For Our Beloved Fathers

Blessed is you that have someone to call father
From the infancy, until what you are he guides
Through the years he's there and you laugh together
Just like what you remember is him holding you riding rides

A child lifted on shoulders makes the idea
Painfully that father won't see us down
Taking the risks and sufferings to see you with diploma
How great love for us our father have shown

His strength is not being physically strong
But mighty enough to face family trials
His strength is not having many woman for his surname prolong
But keeping what is for his and loving without denials

As the time passes by when their eyes have started by white covered
Their knee bone become brittle and weak
The hair turning to gray but sometimes die colored
Becoming Alzheimer and spent times in bed because of sick

We must be thankful having them
For the Almighty has fated fathers to carry family
Let their love be back, don;t be sharp but make hem
Never put walls but bridges to rich them when they are needy

The head of the family is important
Be proud son and daughters
Let wives recognize that they are pleasant
Respectfully, this poem is for our beloved fathers
